All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If an item is damaged or defective, please contact MesaBelle Designs within seven days of purchase or delivery and provide proof of purchase along with photos showing the issue.
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
