How long will it take to make my order?
All of our pieces are handcrafted with love, so please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Good things take time — and we refuse to rush perfection.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way. Keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe your spam folder, just in case).
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is handcrafted just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will absolutely make it right — no questions asked. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll get you sorted.
Do you offer rush orders?
Need it fast? Send us a message before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate. Rush availability depends on our current production queue.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the US only. We don't offer international shipping at this time — but we appreciate the love from across the globe! 💙
